Mc Neal, Arnold Vernon

Arnold attended school in Cloquet, MN and graduated from Cloquet HighSchool.
He served 3 years in the U.S.Navy. Later attended the University ofMinnesota,
Duluth and Bemidji State Teachers College.
He was employed by J.C.Penney Co. where he met Verna.
Some years after their marriage, they moved to Baudette, MN and openedARNOLD\'S CLOTHING STORE. A second ARNOLD\'S was opened several yearslater at Roseau, MN. Both stores were sold when Arnold and Verna retired.
They lived in three different homes in Baudette. The two later homes areon the Rainy River with a view of Canada across the river. Many happydays were spent at their summer cabin on an island on Lake of the Woods,Canada. The Meland family and their children have also spent enjoyabledays as guests at this wonderful place. Winter months are spent inArizona. For many years they lived at Sunflower Resort. In 1997 theypurchased a lovely home in Sun City, AZ.
