Dennis E.C. Olson ,Sr.

Dennis was diagnosed with childhood diabetes when he was ayoung boy. He graduated from Prospect High School, Campbell,
CA June 13, 1969. He worked as an auto mechanic. He andEva were married in 1986. They moved to the home in Nevada City where they lived until their divorce in 1990. Dennis continued tolive in Nevada City until his death in 1997. His foot had been amputated due to the diabetes.
Dennis and Eva were parents of one son, Dennis E. C. Olsonwho lived. During the summer he spent a lot of time with his grandparents after his father died. After graduating fromhigh school, he enlisted in the Army.
Dennis' memorial service was held at Peace Lutheran Church,Grass Valley on August 16, 1997. He was buried with his father at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, Grass Valley on June 16, 2004.
