Sylvia was born in Franklin, Minnesota January 15, 1929. She attendedschools in Franklin, Peterson and St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
She graduated from St. Louis Park High School on May 28, 1947. Sheattended St. Olaf College and graduated from the School of Nursing at theSwedish Hospital in Minneapolis as a Registered Nurse.
Sylvia and Steve Triden were married in July 21, 1951 and celebratedtheir 50th anniversary on July 21, 2001 at their new home in Battle Lake,Minnesota. She enjoyed a fulfilling career as a Nursing HomeAdministrator in Redwood Falls, Franklin, Cosmos, Bird Island, andMinneaplis, Minnesota Before Sylvia died we had exchanged several emailletters.
Sylvia died of cancer on April 21, 2004 at Battle Lake, Minnesota. HerMemorial service was held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Franklin,Minnesota on April 27, 2004. She is buried in the Franklin cemetery.
