Go Radio Broadcasting Group consisting of KVOX FM, KLTA FM, KPFX FM, KQWB FM/AM, KEGK FM and KBMW AM will be working with local businesses including Town and Country Credit Union to solicit immediate donations to assist the tornado victims and community of Northwood, ND.

The local high school is the Hatton-Northwood Thunder.  Due to severe damage to the school, the local grocery store, the fire station and general damage to the entire town, it was decided to call the fund the Northwood Thunderfund.  For images of the destruction, follow these links (set1, set 2).

Cash or checks may be made payable to the American Red Cross (memo: Thunder Fund) and may be dropped off at any Town and Country Credit Union or at the Go Radio Broadcast offices in Fargo and Wahpeton.

If you would like to volunteer in Northwood, please call ahead.  You will need a recent tetanus shot and might be asked to bring tools / supplies.  Call Bonnie: 605.431.8921

If you would like to donate supplies, call the City of Northwood and find out what supplies they immediately need.  They don’t have room to store excess.  Northwood: 701.587.6301
